About Me

I work with senior leaders, founders and C-suite executives navigating growth, transition and reinvention.

Before becoming an Executive Coach, I spent over 15 years in board-level marketing and creative leadership roles across global luxury and consumer brands, leading transformation, international expansion and high-performing multidisciplinary teams.

Like many leaders, I transitioned from a delivery-focused background into increasingly senior leadership positions, where complexity, visibility and expectations increased rapidly.

I learned how to navigate organisational politics, influence stakeholders, lead transformation, shape strategy and operate effectively under pressure, evolving not just how I worked, but how I showed up as a leader.

Today, I combine this commercial and leadership experience with globally accredited, evidence-based coaching to help leaders think more clearly, lead more intentionally, and navigate complexity with confidence. I work across sectors including hospitality, professional services, fintech, not-for-profit, retail, creative and luxury consumer industries.

The Experience Behind the Work…

I have held senior leadership and board-level marketing and creative leadership roles across global luxury and consumer businesses ranging from £100M–£700M turnover organisations, including Watches of Switzerland Group, Mappin & Webb, Signet Jewelers, Links of London and Radley London.

My work has spanned international brand growth, transformation leadership, strategic repositioning, customer experience and team leadership across the UK, EMEA and the US.

My own career path has never followed a perfectly linear route.

Alongside corporate leadership roles, I have experienced entrepreneurship, reinvention, career pivots and the uncertainty that often accompanies periods of growth and transition.

I understand what it feels like to:

  • step into higher levels of leadership

  • navigate identity shifts

  • rebuild confidence after change

  • balance ambition with authenticity

  • make difficult decisions under pressure

These experiences are part of what led me into executive coaching.

I became increasingly interested in the human side of leadership — how people sustain performance, navigate complexity, and lead effectively without losing themselves in the process.

My Coaching Approach

My approach integrates evidence-based coaching methodologies with practical commercial experience gained from working at board level inside fast-paced global brands.

I draw from:

  • Psychodynamic and Gestalt-informed coaching

  • Motivational Interviewing

  • Leadership and behavioural change frameworks

  • Mindful leadership approaches

  • ADHD-informed and neuroinclusive coaching models

Clients often describe my style as commercially focused, warm, strategic and constructively challenging. I offer a bespoke approach tailored to each client, combining coaching, consulting, strategic input and deeper reflective work as required.

Drawing on both executive coaching and commercial leadership experience, I help clients identify patterns in behaviour, leadership, communication and decision-making that may be helping or hindering their progress, creating greater clarity, confidence and intentional action.

Outside of coaching and consulting, I’m a long-standing mindfulness practitioner, an advanced scuba diver and a keen runner. I also volunteer with youth entrepreneurship charities. These activities help me stay grounded, maintain perspective and give back to the business and creative communities I care about.
